The pictures and descriptions below show the construction process of a large pond in New Jersey. Although you do not need a large water garden to enjoy it, this illustrates the building process.
Day 1 - Arrival at the site.

Day 1 - Excavation of the pond, and installation of the skimmers and plumbing. Large projects require machinery to excavate the hole but most installations can be dug by hand with no damage to your property.

Day 3 - Installation of the under liner and the liner.

Day 4 - Installation of rocks inside of the pond and the construction of the waterfall.

Day 6 (2 pictures below) - This is the completed project. The addition of carefully placed moss, driftwood, and natural stone emphasizes the naturalistic look of our ponds and waterfalls.
