Waterfall Construction Foreman

Job Description

The new hire will begin working with our construction crew learning the waterfall building trade. You do not need waterfall building experience, just a good work ethic and common sense. We can teach you the rest. We want you to develop into running a job, scheduling work, ordering materials and dealing with customers. We are expanding into different waterfall building markets and want people who enjoy new projects and challenges. You will ultimately be building and running large dynamic projects.

Job duties

The new hire will start out learning the waterfall building construction trade and how we operate. We build a lot of waterfalls for the pool industry. You will be working on many pool projects and working with many different pool builders in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. You will be working hands on building waterfalls, setting boulders, running machines, and driving non CLD trucks and trailers. We work 50-60 hours a week. You will learn our delivery and scheduling systems. You will learn from the best and will eventually be running projects, scheduling deliveries, dealing with customers, supervising the crew, making sure equipment is safe & well maintained & executing the job on time & budget. As the company develops, you will be introduced to new opportunities and challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Have a Valid NJ Driver’s License.
  • Have experience in driving small size dump trucks w/ trailers
  • Have your own dependable transportation to work.
  • Have at least 4 years experience working in the construction, landscape, hardscape or masonry field
  • Have at least 2 years experience in foreman capacity
  • Have good communication skills & work well with others

Desired Skills

  • Experience in operating a skid steer.
  • Speak Spanish
  • Carpentry/Building Experience
  • Mechanical Ability
